If you have placed on order and you want to check its status, you can view this from your account.


Step 1 - Go to my orders.


Step 2 - Click on the order you want to track.


Step 3 - Click on details.


You can also check the status of your order on your phone, by clicking the “Enable updates via SMS” button.


Make sure the phone number present there is valid (if not, you can edit it by clicking on the edit icon next to the field).


The updates on your orders will be messaged to you on your phone.


Tracking code of the shipment will be sent to you when parcel of product you’ve bought is shipped.

Please note, your consignment may not be live right away as the order is sent to the warehouse and booked for bulk pick up.

Please allow a couple business days for it to show scans
